The house is situated in Torrevieja, at 5 min walking distance from the large sandy La Mata beach. Shops, supermarkets and restaurants are at walking distance. The house is situated in a calm urbanization on a hill, with sea views from the ground and roof terrace. Nature park at walking distance, and the salt lakes are near by. The bus to Torrevieja center stops at Magani café, at the corner of our street. The beach is just a 5 min walk away, just follow the walking path down hill. All you need to spend a great holiday in every season of the year!
